TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations between you and Brand Farra Ltd (also referred to as ‘we', ‘us', ‘our', ‘FARRA.').
You will be asked to agree to both these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms please do not place an order.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We make every effort to ensure that the description and specification of our products on our website are correct, however they are intended only to give a general description of the products and should not be treated as binding.
We cannot guarantee the images and colours you see on your computer are identical to our products. The products may vary slightly from those images.
PRICING
The prices of the products will be as quoted on our website. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of products are correct. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
Our delivery charges are as quoted on our website and will be applied at checkout depending on the value of your order. Please refer to the individual product page and the FAQs for delivery charges.
PLACING AN ORDER
All orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right not to accept an order for any reason including but not limited to not being able to take payment from you, unavailability of stock, or a product pricing or description error on our website.
Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received. This email is purely an acknowledgment that your order has been submitted and is ready to be processed by us. It does not mean or imply that the order is confirmed or accepted by ourselves.
A contract between you and FARRA. for the sale of our products will only exist once we have despatched your order to you. We will email you separately to confirm despatch of your order.
Please note all orders are subject to stock availability. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of your order, we will notify you as soon as is practical. You can choose to wait for available stock (and we will designate this as a ‘pre-order’) and we will despatch to you then or you can request a refund whereupon we will refund your card within 7 days of your request.
Please take time to ensure that when placing your order that your details are correct. You undertake that the information you give is accurate. To amend an order or delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make amendments prior to despatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order is processed. It will become your responsibility to incur the cost of any lost product or re-delivery charges if orders are despatched to an incorrect address where you supplied inaccurate information on ordering.
PRE-ORDERS
If you place an order for an item that is available for sale on pre-order, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods at the time of the order.
The despatch dates shown on pre-order items are as accurate as we can make them and are updated regularly. However, until those items are in our warehouse, the dates are subject to change.
PAYMENT & TAXES
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. VAT is not applicable as we are not VAT registered.
We accept online payment in a secure environment, The cards we accept are shown at the time of ordering.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are indicative only and unless specifically stated are not guaranteed. All in stock items are despatched from our despatch location usually within 3-5 working days of your order being accepted. Products will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
We only deliver to United Kingdom addresses - England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man. Please be aware delivery may take longer to remote locations.
If you fail to take delivery of an order, and it is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a new delivery fee and an administration charge of £25 for resending the item to you, or a re-stocking fee of £25 if you decide to cancel the order before we despatch it to you again.
If you live outside the United Kingdom you can place an order but this order must be for delivery to an address in the United Kingdom.
Our delivery cost policy may change from time to time and the costs of delivery if applicable will be shown by each product and will be applied at the point of checkout.
COLLECTION FROM CAMDEN
Fitting and collection from NW1 Camden/Primrose Hill (London) may be available by prior arrangement. Please use the contact form to enquire.
CANCELLATIONS BEFORE DESPATCH
We can process a full refund any time before we despatch your order. If you would like to cancel your order please email us urgently by contacting us through the contact form
RETURNS POLICY
Returns - online purchases
If you would like to return your order you must email us within 14 days of receiving the product(s) that you want to return it/them. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.
The delivery cost of returning the goods is to be met by you. We strongly advise returning tracked delivery to ensure safe transit back to us so we can refund you on receipt. The goods must be returned within 14 days. We cannot refund goods that are not returned to us within that time or are lost in transit.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. All products must be returned in a re-saleable condition. The product and its packaging must be undamaged and unused, labels intact and the swing ticket still attached. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods and we reserve the right to reduce the amount of your refund (up to the value of the purchase price) where the value of the products are reduced from your handling of the goods which goes beyond trying on the garment as you would in a shop.
For all returns you must ensure the original heavy-duty packaging box is used. Weights should be packed back into the white weights carton they were sent to you in, sealed, and placed at the bottom of the heavy-duty brown cardboard box.
Returns - defective products
All of our products are checked for quality control before despatch. If you believe the goods are faulty please contact us with a description of the damage and clear photographs at contact@farra.uk
We will assess your claim and work with you to suggest a resolution including a replacement or a refund if your refund is approved and we will refund the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Please note that the weights may have slight indentations or surface imperfections. This is normal and to be expected from the casting process. Our garments may carry slight cosmetic imperfections like small stitching variations, and minor creases, because of the thickness of the material when sewn this is to be expected. None of the above are to be considered defects.
EXCHANGES OF GARMENT SIZE
You may within 14 days of receipt request a one-time change of vest size provided the garment is unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) with the original tags attached, and in it’s original packaging by emailing us at contact@farra.uk
The delivery cost of returning the goods is to be met by you and the goods must be returned using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe transit back to us. Once we have received the garment from you and if it meets our quality criteria (see previous paragraph) we will exchange it for your requested size and despatch to you.
RATINGS & REVIEWS
For any content that you submit to us or post on social media platforms, you grant FARRA. a perpetual and irrevocable right and licence to use, copy, or modify such content throughout the world in any media without compensation to you.
FARRA. reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission to the extent authorised by law.
We request if you have a negative experience you contact us first to give us an opportunity to resolve your complaint.
DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
FARRA. does not seek to exclude or limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
While we use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate we do not give any warranty as to its accuracy and we will not be responsible for any errors or omissions. We will not be responsible for any loss which arises out of or in connection with your use of this website, or out of the supply of the products arising from the use of such information.
If you experience any delay or failure in the ordering or delivery process due to any cause beyond our reasonable control we accept no liability for loss.
The entire liability of our liability under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the product(s) your ordered, except as expressly provided in these conditions
LAW
These terms and conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law. You and FARRA. agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
SEVERANCE
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operate separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
The contract is between you and FARRA. No other person or party shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Neither can the contract be assigned or sub-contracted to anyone else.
OWNERSHIP OF IP RIGHTS
The contents of these pages are the copyright trademark or registered trademark of Brand Farra Ltd.
The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction, or incorporation into any other work of part or all of the material from this website in any form is prohibited without our express permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.
